General Terms of Use
Account Registration & Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on the jdb platform. Each user may operate only one account, and opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed. Individuals who are not eligible to participate in online betting activities under applicable laws in Bangladesh are not permitted to use this platform. jdb may request identity verification (KYC) at any time.
Account Security & Password
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, and always log out after using a public device. If you believe unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify the jdb support team immediately. Use a strong password to protect your account and change it regularly. Managing your account through a third party is strictly prohibited, and full responsibility for any such activity lies with the user. jdb recommends using two-factor authentication to ensure the security of your account.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Jdb supports various local payment methods for Bangladeshi users, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must comply with applicable minimum and maximum limits. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed, and processing may take some time. Any bonus or promotional funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, jdb is obligated to suspend any related transactions and notify the relevant authorities. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party bank accounts or mobile banking numbers are not permitted.
Betting Rules & Liability
All betting activity on the jdb platform is conducted within established rules and limits. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, so please read all terms carefully before placing a bet. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or network issue, jdb will take action in accordance with its reserved policies. Any account found to be involved in match fixing, collaborative betting, or any other dishonest activity will be permanently closed. jdb's systems and official data are considered final in determining betting outcomes. Users may use the self-limit tools available on the platform to manage their own betting activity.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All promotional offers from jdb are subject to specific terms and expiry periods, which are clearly stated alongside each offer. Each bonus is generally provided once per user, device, or IP address. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses or claiming promotions through multiple accounts will be cancelled. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. jdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of jdb shall be considered final.
Limitation of Liability
The jdb platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and jdb is not responsible for any unforeseen technical interruptions, server downtime, or third-party service disruptions. Users are solely responsible for any potential losses incurred through use of the platform. jdb does not provide compensation for bets lost due to internet connectivity issues or device failure. jdb does not accept any criminal or civil liability arising from decisions made by users themselves. These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws in Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved through negotiation.
Right to Modify Terms
Jdb reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be given as much advance notice as possible for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. The date of the most recent update will always be noted at the top of this page.
